Job Title: Firestop/Sealants and coatings Project Coordinator

Location: Remote British Columbia

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of firestop projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents to identify firestop requirements and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop effective firestop solutions that meet project requirements.
- Prepare detailed project estimates, proposals, and change orders.
- Conduct site visits to assess firestop requirements and provide on-site project management and supervision.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure that all firestop installations are completed to the required quality standards, and conduct quality inspections and tests as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to firestop installers and other project team members as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in firestop project coordination, management, installation, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of firestop systems, Concrete sealants, installation techniques, and construction processes.
- Experience reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and codes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
