**Job Description** About the Role**
Chandos is seeking a **Junior Proposal Coordinator** to support our Proposal team in winning new projects. Working closely with the Senior Proposal Coordinator and Proposal Manager, you will assist throughout the proposal lifecycle—from initial go/no-go decisions to submission and follow-up. Your contributions will help ensure that Chandos delivers high-quality, compelling proposals that showcase the strengths of our project teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor public bid boards daily for new opportunities.
- Track opportunities through the full lifecycle in the CRM database.
- Administer the go/no-go process for potential projects.
- Review Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and prequalification documents.
- Utilize CRM profiles and resumes to support proposal development.
- Assist in creating and reviewing project-specific content to enhance proposal effectiveness.
- Develop new content and maintain/update boilerplate materials.
- Deliver updated proposal content to junior team members for review and storage.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Journalism, Engineering, or a related field.
