Primoris Canada is an infrastructure contractor serving major firms in the oil, gas, power, petrochemical, and heavy oil industries and include services covering tailings and hydro-transport pipeline construction and maintenance, storage tank construction and maintenance, industrial facilities multi-discipline construction and maintenance, piping fabrication, and pipeline integrity services.

**SUMMARY**

The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the Estimating Manager and Estimator to perform administrative tasks to coordinate and develop proposals.

**Location**: Acheson, AB (5-10 minute drive from West Edmonton)

**Job Type**: Full-time - Permanent

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday (7:30AM to 4:00PM)

**JOB DUTIES**
- Communicate with proposal development team to coordinate efforts
- Maintain standard project execution plans, organization charts, and other proposal information for distribution as required
- Attend weekly Estimating meetings
- Download client RFQ packages
- Confirm receipt of complete packages, drawings, and specifications
- Act as Client’s main point of contact
- Develop initial Proposal Requirements and Key Dates document
- Schedule Kick-Off and Proposal Review meetings
- Review all RFP requirements and instructions
- Assist with the maintenance and development of FTP/SharePoint sites
- Send and receive RFI’s and maintains RFI Log
- Assist with preparation and development of non-technical writing
- Assist with technical editing, document management, and content development for RFP/RFQ’s
- Compile proposal information into a cohesive presentation format
- Issue final documents to Business Development for submission to client
- Assist in the final preparation of proposals for delivery to the Client
- Various other duties as requested by management

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
- 3 years + experience in the construction, engineering or energy services industry

**SKILLS**
- Strong understanding of project proposal and tendering process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in RFPIO would be an asset
- Proficient computer skills; experience with estimating software
- Highly organized and able to coordinate multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
