You'll be required to leverage the confidence and credibility you've earned through your extensive and varied HR experiences and will play a critical role in leading the advancement of anti-racism efforts, inclusion plans and other diversity initiatives for our ministry. Refer to the "How to apply" section if you require a disability-related accommodation. **What can I expect to do in this role?**: In this strategic position you will: - Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of a broad range of integrated anti-racism, inclusion and engagement initiatives including the provision of ongoing support for related activities. - Provide expert strategic advice, policy interpretation, analysis and guidance for inclusion and/or other organizational development related initiatives to senior executives, working groups, staff, clients and stakeholders. - Develop and deliver presentations and briefings to senior executives, clients and stakeholders including the development of project plans, briefing notes, presentations and analysis documents. - Design and facilitate sessions with clients and stakeholders. **How do I qualify?**: **Specialized Knowledge**: You have: - Knowledge of diversity and inclusion, including the range of barriers faced by diverse groups, racial equity issues and organizational strategies to address them. - Experience providing strategic advice to senior management and sharing best practice approaches to leveraging diversity and inclusion, and racial equity strategy to meet organizational goals. - Knowledge of human resources planning, management and organizational development principles and best practices. - Experience in several of the following strategic HR knowledge areas; inclusion/diversity, accessibility, human capital planning, leadership development, employee engagement, health and wellness, strategic labour relations, change management, organizational design, talent management and culture change. **Leadership and Project Management Skills**: You have: - Strong project management skills and proven ability to lead complex, large scale concurrent projects from initial concept to implementation and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and/or working groups of professional staff who are not direct reports. **Communication, Presentation and Relationship Management Skills**: You have: - Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills and are able to prepare and present various reports, proposals, program information and briefing materials for a senior executive audience. - Demonstrated relationship management, interpers
