**Short Summary**:
Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Corporate Culture Manager for Canada Lands Company CLC Limited (“CLC” or the “Company”) is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing organizational design, diversity, equity and inclusion, accessibility and psychological health and safety strategies, policies, programs and services within all divisions and affiliates of the Company including Real Estate & Corporate (“REC”), CN Tower (“CNT”), Downsview Park Inc. (“PDP”), and the Old Port of Montreal Corporation Inc. (“OPMC”).
As a member of the HR Department, the Corporate Culture Manager will lead internally and externally facing initiatives, working closely with the HR teams in each division. The incumbent’s key responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and implementing various programs consistently across all divisions, with the overall goal of strengthening the Company’s corporate culture. Key focus areas will include organizational design, diversity, equity and inclusion, accessibility and psychological health and safety.
The Corporate Culture Manager works collaboratively with the with the Human Resources leaders in each division to propose and implement comprehensive programs and initiatives that support respective business units and fulfill corporate mandates.
**ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN**:
- Translate Company strategy into organizational structure and governance models.
- Analyze and propose organizational design frameworks for the Company that deliver improvements in productivity and organizational efficiencies.
- Partner with Human Resources leaders in each division to facilitate the approval of new job design or significant departmental / structural changes.
**DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION (“DEI”)**
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive DEI strategy that can be applied consistently across all divisions and addresses DEI in multiple areas across the Company, including but not limited to recruitment strategies, retention and development of diverse talent, training and learning opportunities, corporate initiatives, and community engagement.
**ACCESSIBILITY**
- Develop and maintain short
- and medium-term accessibility plans.
**PSYCOLOGICAL HEALTH AND SAFETY**
- Lead the development and implementation of psychological health and safety policies, procedures, programs, and services across all divisions.
- Develop and enhance Healthy Workplace initiatives across the Company.
- Lead the development of effective processes and systems to identify, triage, assess, and respond to psychological safety matters arising in the workplace.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Human Resources required.
- Seven to ten years of experience in a Human Resources role required, including specialized HR knowledge in one or more of the key focus areas: OD, DEI, Accessibility, Psychological H&S.
- Lived experience as a member of the Black, Indigenous or other racialized communities a strong asset
- Experience working within both provincially and federally regulated industries an asset.
- Excellent communication skills (presentations, public speaking, verbal, written)
- Knowledge of Human Resources legislation and principles is required. This includes, but is not limited to, ESA, PIPEDA, WSIB, OHSA, AODA, Pay Equity Act, Human Rights Code and Regulations.
- Bilingualism (English/French) required.
