Reporting to the VP, Talent Strategy - you will focus on driving inclusion, equity and belonging for a performance-based culture by supporting the execution of Varicent global DEI strategy. You will create and lead programs, initiatives, and projects that promote a workplace culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring it is woven into practices, systems, and culture, and reflected throughout the organization in support of our purpose and building on our DE&I ambition.

**What you will do**:

- Oversee the design and implementation of DE&I programs and initiatives in alignment with corporate global strategies (Voice of Employee, Diversity and Equity Roadmap, onboarding, employee giving, recognition and employee awards)
- Design and integrate employee experience programs and initiatives connected to employee feedback.
- Work collaboratively with Human Resources to integrate a DE&I lens into recruitment, performance management, career advancement, retention and succession strategies.
- Analyze key data to provide critical inclusion and diversity measurement and reporting, including representation, for required regulatory reporting.
- Actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of organization-wide processes that contribute to employee trust and engagement and the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate strategically to engage team members, amplify successes, and ensure inclusive internal and external messaging
- Build out a library of diversity, inclusion and belonging materials
- Implement programs focused on underrepresented groups
- Propose, implement, and monitor Self Identification and employee surveys and implement metrics to ensure leadership team has the information it needs to support a diverse workforce in an equitable and inclusive way
- Stay up to date on current events, EDI practices, and changes to legislations, participating in industry EDI associations, and identify key players in the external community

**What you will bring**:

- You’re passionate about Inclusion, Diversity and Equity and understand the urgency around Action - you’re deeply committed to moving the organization forward unapologetically.
- You have an affinity for data and an understanding how it can inform decision making around diversity issues.
- You understand the issues surrounding corporate change management and strategies to ensure positive momentum on issues of diversity.
- 5+ years of experience working in a DE&I capacity
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to gain support for positive change and action around diversity issues.
