**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
- Utilize Jane for basic accounting tasks and record keeping as needed.
- Provide administrative support including typing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Handle customer service inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with office organization and maintenance of supplies to create a welcoming environment.
- Maintain a clean, warm and welcoming environment
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with mental health practices is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail in documentation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
