Equitis Mortgage Group is a premier mortgage team in Canada, dedicated to helping clients with their financing needs. We work with individuals across the country to secure mortgages for property purchases and refinances. Our office is situated in the Central Lonsdale area of North Vancouver.

The mortgage industry is an engaging and rewarding field, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to support our office and brokers. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our business. As the company continues to expand and evolve, there is significant potential for this position to grow and adapt.
**Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to)**:
- Collaborating and assisting our processes via our business management platform ClickUp
- Preparing documents for our clients to electronically sign their mortgage packages
- Managing our “Close Sheet”: tracks our clients, their closing dates, and our commissions
- Payroll confirmations: working with our accountant to make sure all commissions are accounted for and paid
- Preparing compliance packages when files are complete
- Working on projects and tasks when needed
- Proficiency with Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Organization, Attention to Detail, and Time Management Skills

- Hybrid office/work from home role (after 1 month in-office training)
**Pay: $20/hour**

**Schedule**:15 Hours per week: Mon - Fri11:30AM to 2:30AM
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in North Vancouver, BC V7M 2H7
