Our client, located in the East GTA, is looking for a Strategic Customer Service/Administration Manager to align with their internal and external customers’ desired business outcomes and ever-improving customer return-on-investment.
**About the role**:
In this newly created role, the Customer Service/Administration Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Customer Service Team for both internal and external customers. Providing analytical and operational support, managing existing and new processes, implementing continuous improvement opportunities, through the analysis of data, monitoring sales metrics, overseeing the sales administration process. The Manager also provides on-going coaching, feedback and support to the Customer Service Team to build a high performance sales support team. This role will also ssupport other facets of the business that include; Office operations, Administration and special projects.
We are looking for someone who is a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation and strong analytical skills. The role demands the ability to work independently on projects from implementation to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times handling a wide variety of activities, relationships and confidential matters with upmost discretion. You are used to multi-tasking and thrive under deadlines. You pride yourself on being meticulous and detail oriented. You excel at working with people.
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role - B2B environment
- Independent and self-directed with the capability to operate with mínimal direct supervision
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment a strong asset
- Solid understanding of department scheduling, volume management, individual/team performance measures and Customer Service metrics
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, as well as time management skills to be able to multitask in a high volume, rapidly changing work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in an ever changing and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional listening and problem resolution skills; strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Works and communicates well in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple and changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
