**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the clinic’s staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, addressing feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Develop and implement policies to optimize patient services and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to enhance the patient care environment.
- Maintain accurate reports and administrative documents.
- Participate in ongoing process improvements with a focus on enhancing the experience for both patients and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.
- **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated leadership and change management abilities, with a focus on building a collaborative and positive team environment.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with team members at all levels with respect and effectiveness.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Universal, Google Suite, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and other relevant software.
- **Attention to Detail**: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to excellence in all tasks.
- **Proactive Attitude**: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and continuously seek process improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
