**Customer Service Representative (Full-time, Part-time)**

Service Ontario - Agincourt and Whitby offices are seeking outgoing, organized, and professional customer service representatives to join our team and provide top-notch service to our customers in the Service Ontario private (local non-government owned) issuing offices.

**Customer Service Representative: Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain updated knowledge of relevant Service Ontario services in order to provide adequate services to customers
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer issues
- Process health card, driver's license and vehicle transactions accurately by following prescribed protocol
- Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately and efficiently process transactions
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rate

**Customer Service Agent: Requirements and Qualifications**
- Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 9 a.m.8 p.m. Monday -Friday and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Flexibility with your availability is required within this time frame
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Ability to foster and maintain working relationships
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous priorities in a busy office environment
- Positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Intermediate computer skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Efficient, organized and a natural problem solver
- High level of patience and ability to manage a variety of customer needs.
- Must be able to provide an acceptable Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) upon being hired

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 44 per week
