Job Description
Plastic Manufacturing Company is currently looking for a Full-Time Customer Service/Office Administrator to join our team. We are located in Scarborough.

You will be a valuable asset to our company, you will be the contact to help us with customer orders for our company.

**Duties**:

- Provides a positive customer experience while developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Daily order entry duties; order confirmations; and customer order follow-ups
- Generating bills of lading; scheduling freight
- Generating invoices and sending invoices
- Ongoing use of our operating system to ensure customer prices are accurate
- Be an asset to other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel), data entry within company operating system and Internet research tasks
- Support other departments within
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager

Qualifications:

- Minimum of two years of related practical work experience in customer service/order entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience working with tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work as a member of a client-focused team; providing prompt communication with team members about issues and/or concerns
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Sound problem solving skills
- Motivated self-starter to work independently in the absence of a manager
- Proven ability to work well under pressure while dealing with people in a courteous manner

Note:
6 Months’ Probation
3 Months to become eligible for Benefits
Office Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday inclusive

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
