Purpose of Role:
_ We are looking for a dedicated administrator, who will have the opportunity to work with the fast-evolving R&D teams. Each team oversees different projects, and they also hold a unique culture of their own. You will get to facilitate their team spirit and be the bridge for all our R&D teams._

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Administrative Duties: Generate and distribute memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and meeting minutes.

Maintain Patent Databases: Keep track of and update patent databases.

Organize Meetings and Events: Schedule and execute meetings, team building events and visits.

Office Management: Greet office visitors and manage the operations of downtown office.

Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- A secondary education degree is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience working in administrative roles in an office setting.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethics.
