Adamson Systems Engineering is an audio systems manufacturer located in beautiful Port Perry, Ontario, with offices in Germany and Australia. **Responsibilities**:

- Compliment the executive team with recruitment and hiring activities
- Develop a salary program to ensure compliance, equity and reward within the organization
- Improve the onboarding process, setting the tone, clarifying policy and establishing a rapport with new employees
- Assure the delivery of up-to-date and accurate information on benefits, life insurance, leave, pension and leaves of absence, during and after recruitment
- Standardize and improve the company’s hiring and termination procedures / policies / documentation
- Engage with our employment and immigration counsel on employment contracts and immigration efforts such as LMIA and PR
- Conduct labor market analysis to improve recruiting and retention efforts

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in a human resources, administrative, or business-related field
- 10 years of business experience with an emphasis on human resources management
- Creative thinker, seeking innovative solutions
- Confident in directing interviews, both in-person and virtual
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
