The Human Resources Department is looking for a positive, energetic and detailed oriented individual to join our collaborative team. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible to perform a wide variety of confidential, technical and sensitive administrative duties in support of the services provided to both internal and external clients. The position plays a key role within the Human Resources Department that involves considerable discretion and a high degree of responsibility to ensure the smooth flow of information based on procedures, policies and best practice.

**What you bring**:

- Completed post-secondary certificate in Human Resources Management and a minimum of two years’ experience working in a human resources environment, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Positive energy and belief that anything is possible
- Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes
- Ability to establish and build strong relationships throughout the organization
- Highly organized, detail oriented and an analytical thinker
- Superior interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi task in a high paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including previous experience working with a variety of Human Resources related software
