PathWell is looking for a part-time Clinic and Client Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team. We are a multi-disciplinary mental health and wellness clinic in Downtown Toronto, in the core of the financial district. Our team is deeply passionate and driven to help improve the lives of others and equally contribute to fostering a culture of support, growth and enjoyment.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual who is caring and passionate about mental health and wellness. This individual must be committed to providing an exceptional customer service experience for clients.

This is a part-time position, with in regular in-person shifts on **Tuesdays and Saturdays.** Some evening availability may also be required on an as-needed basis, to support occasional clinic events, coverage needs, or extended client hours. This schedule may evolve as the clinic continues to grow, and there is potential for this role to expand into a full-time position over time.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing support within our busy clinic
- Responding to client requests quickly and efficiently
- Managing clinicians’ schedules using our booking platform
- Have an excellent understanding of clinic’s inclusion/exclusion criteria and clinicians’ areas of expertise to ensure appropriate clinician-client matching
- Sending intake and consent forms, forms to referring physicians and insurance companies
- Processing, tracking and managing incoming referrals
- Providing administrative assistant support to clinic’s founder
- Providing high-level of support to clinicians to aid with clinical service delivery
- Maintaining a clean and tidy office environment
- Other tasks that may arise, as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary diploma/certificate
- Experience working in a healthcare clinic setting is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional time management skills and to perform well under pressure
- Self-starter, motivated and able to learn quickly
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients
- Excellence in written English grammar, spelling, and clarity
- High attention to detail, conscientious, critical thinker
- Solution-focused individual with ability to foresee potential issues and quickly resolve them
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), Zoom Meetings, Dropbox, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

**Work Hours**:Tuesdays 8:30 am - 6 pm, Saturdays 9 am - 5 pm. Some evenings may be required, as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 20 per week
