To support our growing client base, we’re looking for a proactive and personable **Client Coordinator** /**Sales Representative**to join our team and be the welcoming face that guides clients through their journey with us.

This dual-role position blends sales with client care. You'll be responsible for introducing new clients to our services, promoting treatment plans, and ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and valued from their first consultation to their final follow-up.

**Position Overview**:

- Maintain accurate client records and track sales performance
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their skincare concerns, beauty goals, and expectations, providing personalized consultations.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the cosmetic products, treatments, and services offered by NewDermaMed Clinic.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Promote and sell cosmetic products, skincare regimens, and treatment packages tailored to clients' specific needs and preferences.
- Ensure excellent follow-up performance to increase sales and client satisfaction.
- Support the clinic with additional related duties as assigned or requested.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
- Ability to work at both of our clinic locations.
- Solid working knowledge and sales experience of medical-grade skincare products commonly used by clients receiving aesthetic services.
- Fluency in English.
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry, with a strong understanding of cosmetic products, treatments, and skincare regimens.
- Independent and self-motivated, with experience in working towards sales quotas.
- Reliable and flexible individual with strategic thinking, high energy, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Professional, people-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
