About This Role

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you are the polished first point of contact at

POUTx. This is not a typical front desk role, you’ll represent a leading aesthetics brand,

guide patients through their journey, and ensure every detail of their experience reflects

our high standards.

We are looking for someone articulate, professional, and passionate about beauty who

can confidently welcome clients, explain our treatments, and keep the clinic running

smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly and set the tone for a polished, professional experience
- Educate patients on our signature treatments and philosophy (training provided)
- Manage scheduling, rescheduling, intake forms, and checkouts through

JaneApp
- Maintain clinic flow by ensuring punctuality
- Communicate with patients via OpenPhone (calls + texts) using structured,

brand-approved tone
- Support daily operations including restocking, tidying, and closing procedures
- Ensure every interaction reflects the POUTx brand: bold, professional, and

empowering

Who You Are
- Polished and well-presented, you understand the importance of first

impressions in aesthetics
- Strong communicator, confident speaking about treatments and answering

patient questions
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Tech-comfortable (JaneApp, OpenPhone, ConnectTeam training provided)
- Passionate about beauty, aesthetics, or luxury client experiences
- Previous experience in beauty, luxury retail, medical reception, or hospitality is an

asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 - 23.5 per week
