We are looking for a
**_Legal Administrative Coordinator._**

**Role description**

Reporting to the

**What you will do**

You will work in partnership with Corporate Counsel to support the delivery of superior legal service to our clients, and handle independent tasks when clients’ needs may be met by a member of the legal staff team. You will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative and legal tasks and provide back-up support to other Legal Administrative Coordinators and Corporate Law Clerks, as needed.

You will be expected to build strong working relationships and to help drive continuous process improvement and innovation by providing efficient, timely and organized service.

**What you will bring**
- Post-secondary diploma in a recognized Administrative or Legal Assistant program, or combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years experience working in an administrative or legal support role
- Ability to independently manage own workload with well-developed organizational and time management skills and handle changing and competing priorities
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including proofreading with keen attention to detail and the ability to draft substantive written communications
- Strong technical skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro, matter management and document management software)
- Experience working with highly sensitive and confidential information as part of daily duties
