**Tasks**:

- Problem solving and answering questions from consultants
- Maintaining and updating consultant accounts
- Confident processing orders, returns, and refunds
- Inputting and/or retrieving data for designated online records, files, and reports
- Maintaining complete and accurate information in database(s)
- Creating and updating job aids for other team members to reference
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications/Skills/Abilities**:

- Post-Secondary Education
- Two years’ experience in a Customer Support (or comparable) position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage timelines, set priorities, and manage projects
- Ability to work with others and independently with mínimal supervision
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills and ability to work as an effective team member
- Adapt to learning new technology quickly
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
