We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Support to join our growing team in Burlington, Ontario. This is an entry level position for someone who is looking to make the jump into an administrative/office role and come to Quadra. We will take the time to train you, to develop you into the role of a customer service professional.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Creating new customers in the system
- Processing credit card transactions
- Issuing credits (returns) as required
- Ensure validation of purchase order information
- Ensure that customer requests are processed satisfactorily and in accordance with company guidelines
- In collaboration with the team, take orders and process them in our computer system
- Track all orders and ensure they have the appropriate status
- Communicate regularly with logistics and procurement functions to ensure customer and operational requirements are met
- Work in synergy with other departments to ensure complete customer focus
- Administrative duties to support the team

**Key skills & Attributes**:

- Post-secondary degree or college diploma in administration, business or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a strong work ethic, initiative and desire to succeed
- Relevant experience as a customer service representative in a distribution, logistics or manufacturing environment (an asset)
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Compassion, integrity and honesty are important traits we look for
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, etc.)
- Desire to excel and achieve goals as a team
