As a Customer Service / Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for administrative tasks supporting customer enquiries and sales team activities. You will act as the communication liaison between sales teams and senior management, internal departments, and distribution partners

Your primary function is to assist customers in their requests as well as sales staff by supporting the department in administrative duties.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide high quality customer service to internal and external Customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Recommend solutions and guide customers through our products.

**Customer Service responsibilities to include but are not limited to;**
- Purchase Order entry
- Assist Customer in product knowledge.
- Assist Director of Sales & Marketing with pricing inquiries
- Where required, direct incoming inquiries to appropriate regional Sales Representative.
- Work closely with Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure price lists are up to date.
- Process complaints and issues related to product or service.
- Develop and maintain a vast knowledge of the products/services being offered.
- Help to make the sales process easier for sales staff and customers.
- Perform research, input data and complete smaller jobs within the sales process.
- This person will also be a key member of Warranty / Claims Team. Role will include but is not limited to the following;
- Review claims and determine which ones are covered by warranty.
- Call customers to obtain additional information on their warranty request.
- Coordinate replacement orders where required.
- Work with and source third party contractors, legal and technical support as required.
- Written correspondence to Customers as required.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional English language writing and oral skills
- Bilingual (written and oral) is a definite asset.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in customer service 1-3 years.
- Knowledge of construction Industry is an asset.
- Understanding of various social media platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
