Night Auditor/front Desk Agent

Abbotsford, Canada Alpine Inn Hotel Full time

The Alpine Inn in Abbotsford is looking for a Night Auditor for 2 to 3 days a week. Prior Front Desk experience is preferred but not a requirement. Salary will be based on experience.

There are 2 Night shifts - 12 midnight to 8 am. An extra shift can be made available. Applicant days of preference will be considered.

General Night Auditor duties include completing the nightly reports on our ROOMKEY software as required to balance the daily activity, attending to needs of Hotel guests, answering main switchboard, taking reservations, checking guests in and out, security checks around the property, performing cash out and clerk balancing reports. The Night Auditor also maintains the cleanliness of the lobby area and coffee bar. Training will be provided.

Qualifications:
General physical requirements include standing, walking, talking on the telephone, and able to work well with others as well as working unsupervised. Interpersonal skills are critical for superior Guest relations.

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
