**Key Responsibilities**:
Facilitate, in collaborate with the Clinic Director and the Team of Physiotherapist Chiro and Massage therapists.The coordination of client intake, assessment, and treatment for referred clients This involves direct contact with clinical staff/assistants, external stakeholders, clients and front staff.
- **Office Duties**:
*Take incoming calls and manage phone system
- Ensure Daily setup of the office/computers
- Performed general office duties: handling the courier, incoming mails, faxes - Manage Front staff schedule and duties

*Ensure Security of client files - Manage Clinicians schedules
- Ordering office supplies, medical inventories, kitchen supplies, and any special request - Coordinate,in collaboration with the Clinic Director, internal communication via office memos, including property management information when required. The Clinic Administrator liaises with the property manager for day-to-day office issues. - Coordinate day-to-day Clinic operation
- Manage incoming/out-going cash flow - Direct and check depositing - Monthly expenditure and revenue report
- Payroll and time-sheet - Marketing

*Supervision and multi-operation of clinic

Key Qualifications/Skills/Competencies:
*Education: recognized community college or vocational college in medical or business administration
- *Experience: minimum 1 year of professional/medical office and customer-service environment
- **#Career Level**: Experienced

Technical:Microsoft office (word, excel, power-point) & must be comfortable using other technical platform - experience with EMR software would be an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent English (verbal & written communication skills) must be able to speak Hindi and Punjabi
- Exhibit positive service behaviours to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work well with others
