Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers during patient visits.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and general office duties.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Other duties that may arise out of daily business

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Office Assistant is a MUST
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures.
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to healthcare.
