**Hours**: Full-time. 3-month probation period.
**Pay**: $18-$22/hour (based on experience and performance)

**MEIRAKO** - A luxury jewelry atelier with locations in Calgary and Edmonton. Guests create their own rings in unforgettable hands-on workshops.
**MIRU** - Our soon-to-launch luxury perfume brand offering intimate fragrance workshops and a curated retail experience.

Both brands share a love for craftsmanship, beauty, and meaningful moments and we want to share that story online every day.

**The Role**

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy team member to support our marketing efforts by capturing, editing, and posting engaging social media content for both MEIRAKO and MIRU. You’ll focus on the hands-on content creation, community engagement, and day-to-day posting while the Marketing Manager oversees the overall strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Shoot lifestyle and product content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
- Film and photograph guests during workshops and events.
- Edit and post 3-4 Reels/week for MEIRAKO and 2-3 Reels/week for MIRU + Stories every workshop day.
- Capture close-up product/process shots with luxury detail.
- Create launch campaign content, teasers, and seasonal pushes.
- Marketing Support
- Analyze and report social media performance to the Manager each month (reach, engagement, top content, bookings from social).

**For Both Brands**
- Use trending audio and creative transitions to increase reach.
- Engage with followers daily (comments, DMs, tags).
- Maintain a content library for future marketing use.
- Suggest content ideas weekly based on trends.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Skilled in Instagram Reels/TikTok filming and editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Strong photography skills with an eye for lighting and framing.
- Comfortable interacting with guests on camera.
- Able to adapt tone for **Gen Z trends** while keeping **luxury brand feel**.
- Organized and able to manage two content calendars at once.
- Bonus: Experience with influencer outreach or ad content creation.
