Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who loves being active and enjoys sports and working out and the health and wellness space.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic.

This position is a part-time or freelancer position.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our online presence and increase brand visibility.
- Manage and grow our Instagram presence, creating high-quality, on-brand content (posts, stories, reels)
- Explore and expand our presence on TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas that align with our brand, services, and client needs
- Follow trends while pushing creative boundaries to set our spa apart in the health and wellness space
- Collaborate with our team to showcase treatments, client success stories, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with our brand message and services
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and actively participating in relevant conversations
- Stay updated on industry best practices and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Track and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategy and improve results

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in a similar role managing social media for a brand or business, preferably in the health/wellness space
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- A creative thinker with an eye for photography, videography, and design
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to brand voice
- Basic understanding of analytics and tools like Instagram Insights and TikTok Analytics
- Portfolio and examples of workdemonstrating past social media campaigns, posts, and content creation are required

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
