We're looking for a creative and strategic thinker to lead our social media efforts and help shape how we engage with our community. **Who You Are**:

- A strategic, forward-thinking social media expert with a passion for digital storytelling.
- Highly creative, with a talent for producing content that captivates and engages
- Analytical, able to track performance and optimize campaigns for growth.
- A team player who collaborates well with marketing, design, and external partners.
- Flexible, with the ability to capture and create content at events (sometimes outside standard hours).

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to elevate our brand and meet business objectives.
- Tailor content strategies for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and post content across all social channels, ensuring consistency with our brand voice.
- Monitor performance and offer insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners, offering briefs and constructive feedback to bring campaigns to life.
- Design monthly content calendars to ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with our strategy.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices.
- Present monthly reports with detailed performance metrics and actionable plans for future growth.
- Capture, shoot, and edit content (photos and videos) for campaigns and in-the-moment posts.
- Keep our brand's aesthetic cohesive across all content.
- Attend and capture live events to share in real time on social media.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Manager, or Content Creator.
- Expertise in using social media platforms and tools, with a deep understanding of analytics.
- Strong communication, writing, and content creation skills.
- Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in photo and video editing software.
- A solid portfolio showcasing your social media content creation abilities.

Pay: $50,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
