**Responsibilities**
- Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and produce highly engaging videos and reels that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling and effective copy that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice.
- Podcast Setup & Management: Launch and distribute podcasts from start to finish, including recording, editing, and promotion.
- Marketing Design: Create appealing and effective marketing pieces that will be used across digital and print mediums.
- Platform Management: Manage social media platforms, ensuring regular, consistent, and engaging content is posted across all channels.
- Analytics & Strategy: Track performance metrics, adjust content strategies based on data, and optimize for engagement and growth.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in creating high-quality social media content, including reels, videos, and graphics.
- Strong video production and editing skills using tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to write punchy, engaging content tailored to different platforms.
- Experience in setting up and launching podcasts, including distribution across major platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work creatively and independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Graphic design experience using Canva
- Experience in a Mac and Google environment, including working with communication tools like Slack
- Up-to-date on latest trends in tech and social media
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communications skills
- Marketing certificate is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently without supervision
- You are driven by increasing followers and engagement as a core KPI
- Technology driven
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in marketing event coordination is considered an asset
- Experience in real estate marketing is considered an asset
- In Office Position based in Calgary
