To be successful in this role, you will need to:

- Have a professional, direct and courteous style
- Take initiative and work well as part of a team
- Be respectful, direct and make decisions in the best interest of the customer.
- Available to regularly work Saturdays

Capabilities:

- Operate cash register & Process cash money, cheque and credit/debit card payments.
- Provide cost estimates on materials
- Suggestive selling and Value Selling are critical to your success
- Work with personal accountability and self-motivation

Essential Skills:

- Outgoing Positive Attitude
- Oral Communication in English
- Basic Math
- Computer Literacy
- Able to problem solve
- Able to be task efficient and organized.

Train & Learn on the following areas:

- Paint, Coatings & Sundries
- 3D Printing, Hobby Making & Craft Manufacturing
- Casting and Fiberglassing Resins & epoxies
- Building Materials & Hardware (other than lumber)
- Marine & Pleasure Craft
- Industrial Plastics

Industrial Plastics & Paints are Experts in Plastics, Paints, Resins & Composite Materials for Makers, Manufacturers, Artists, Educators and the Professional Trades.

We are looking for team-members who are excellent communicators, care about the customer experience and are passionate about making things with professional-grade products used to achieve professional results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$20.25 per hour
