**What do the Customer Service Representatives do**:
- Resolve questions, concerns, or complaints with empathy and a calm, professional approach
- Guide customers through product troubleshooting and help them make the most of their purchases
- Recommend services, upgrades, and promotional offers tailored to each customer's needs
- Collect and update billing information, maintain customer billing profiles, and process transactions
- Manage the full customer journey - from initial order to delivery or service installation
- Address billing inquiries and handle cancellation requests while aiming to retain customers
- Spot opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback with the team
- Attend regular team meetings and stay current with new service updates, tools, and promotions
**Customer Service Representative requirements**:
- A diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
- You’re available full-time (40 hours/week) and able to work on-site
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for building trust
- Can think on your feet, solve problems with confidence, and stay composed under pressure
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Work well independently but also enjoy being part of a collaborative team
- 2-4 years of previous customer service experience is an asset, but we welcome those eager to learn
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
