Tom's RV Service & Supplies Ltd is a locally owned company. Currently we are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to add to our team.

The Customer Service Representative should be the first and lasting impression our customers will experience and therefore does everything with a consistent focus on exceptional customer service, in every situation making every customer glad they came to Tom's RV in person, on the phone, or on-line. The Customer Service Representative is always professional and friendly, and faces new challenges every day, solves problems, operates in a busy environment, while carrying out duties that include:

- Ensuring that all customers are promptly greeted upon arrival into the store
- Clerical duties include; invoicing, filing, data entry, mail duties
- Ensure store is stocked, re-stocked, tidy, well-organized, clean, safe and well
presented
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Remain aware of product changes and seasonal requirements
- Remain with current price changes and seasonal pricing
- Maintain inventory shipping and handling.
- Assisting our online customers in a timely fashion by processing web orders which
include shipping and receiving of goods

**Requirements**:

- Able to multi task
- Cash handling and POS system experience
- We are open 6 days a week - must be flexible to work Saturdays
- Positive, customer focused individual
- Reliable, accountable and a person of integrity
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills

Wages based on experience.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
