**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently using accounting software.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with data entry tasks related to accounts payable and payroll functions.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations and address any billing inquiries or issues.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Conduct analysis of accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement in collection processes.
- Support bookkeeping activities as needed, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related financial roles.
- Proficiency in payroll software (Payworks).
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Knowledge of human resources functions is desireable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
