We’re a group of veterinary dermatology specialists and we’re looking for a full-time **Receptionist** to join our growing team at our **St. Albert location**.

**Your Role at a Glance**
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- **Creating a warm, welcoming environment** for both clients and their pets — your friendly demeanor sets the tone for every visit.
- **Handling incoming calls** with professionalism and care, providing accurate information and support.
- **Scheduling and tracking appointments**, while following up as needed to keep things running smoothly.
- **Maintaining accurate client and patient records** using our practice management software — attention to detail is a must.
- **Processing payments and managing the cash register**, ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- A **Veterinary Office Assistant** or **Medical Office Assistant certificate** - recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- **Basic computer skills** and comfort working with digital tools in a fast-paced environment.
- **Experience with Cornerstone software** is preferred for keeping records organized and efficient.
