Wilson’s Animal Hospital is a well-established veterinary hospital that has been serving St. Catharines, Ontario since 1949. We are looking for a motivated, personable, and animal-living individual to join our close-knit team.
Applicates will ideally have experience in veterinary reception, and enjoy working with a team to bring health and happiness to animals and clients. We are looking for someone who is energetic, cheerful, organized and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service and the love to work with both animals and the general public. The duties of this position include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and procedures, record keeping, client communication and education, insurance billing, client accounting, and working with the Doctors and Veterinary Technicians on best care practices and referrals. We have a fantastic benefits package, wellness days, team-oriented events, and access to continuing education so you can grow your skills.
**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
