Here is a great opportunity to join our customer service team as a Billing Administrative Assistant for a 12-months contract. We will provide all the equipment to be successful in the role We are looking for someone who is open and motivated to learn more about the distribution field. You will play a key role in the team by being responsible for invoicing, customer follow-ups, creating various documents (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) as well as being the liaison with our customers and partners. In addition to being certified as one of the "Best Managed Companies", "Great Place to Work" and "Great Place to Work for Women", Quadra has received another great recognition: we have been recognized as one of the "Great Place to Work for Mental Wellness’’. **Responsibilities include**: - Maintain and administer the various analysis databases, which includes data management and report preparation - Processing information in system when received, follow up with customers and carriers for required information - Assist in maintaining spreadsheets for customer special requirements for invoicing (Excel) - Maintain and enter information in spreadsheets (Excel) - Formulate new ideas on how to provide value-based technical support to strategic customers - Assist on value capture creation and documentation - To liaise with the appropriate people in the Quadra organization to ensure a satisfactory level of customer service is maintained **Job Requirements**: - Post-secondary education in administration, communication, marketing or any related field would be an asset - Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an office environment (knowledge of chemical industry, oil and gas or transportation would be an asset) - Storytelling, writing and editing skills - Experience using an ERP system such as JD Edwards or Oracle is considered an asset - Professional and very well organized, willingness to make decisions and work in a fast-paced environment respecting timeline - Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, comfortable with Excel and Power Point - Ability to maintain spread sheets with a high degree of accuracy - Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle pressure - Position requires individual to be detail oriented and possess good analytical skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and to multitask In addition to joining a talented team of passionate professionals, you will join a unique company culture that promotes professional and personal growth.
