**Swick's Landscape Construction Project Coordinator & Estimator**

**Location**: Vancouver, BC (In-person)
**Salary**: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

We are a well-established and independent company with a passion for creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces. Our team specializes in mid to high-end residential, strata, and commercial landscape construction projects across the Lower Mainland.

We are looking for a **Landscape Construction Project Coordinator & Estimator** with hands-on experience in **landscape construction** to oversee projects, estimate costs, and ensure seamless execution. This is a **year-round position**, with the opportunity to be involved in **snow removal operations** during the winter months.

**Who You Are**
- You have 3**+ years of experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or general construction**.
- You are **highly motivated, detail-oriented, and take pride in quality workmanship**.
- You **thrive in a leadership role**, providing guidance to crews and ensuring project success.
- You excel in **project planning, material management, and cost estimation**.
- You have **strong communication and problem-solving skills** and can confidently interact with clients and stakeholders.

**Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Supervision**
- Collaborate with project managers to **develop project plans**, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee **site preparation**, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate **material deliveries, storage, and distribution**, verifying quality standards.
- Lead and direct **construction crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators**.

**Estimating & Budget Management**
- Prepare **accurate cost estimates** for landscape construction projects.
- Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Identify opportunities for **cost savings** and tracking cost overage without compromising quality.

**Quality Control & Safety**
- Conduct **site inspections** to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Implement and enforce **safety protocols**, leading safety meetings as needed.
- Address any construction challenges that arise, ensuring projects stay on track.

**Client & Stakeholder Communication**
- Provide **regular project updates** to clients and internal teams.
- Address client concerns, ensuring a **smooth project experience and satisfaction**.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Previous experience in landscape construction or a related field** (hardscaping, stone masonry, carpentry, etc.).
- Ability to **operate and maintain power tools, equipment, and machinery** safely.
- Experience working with **pavers, natural stone, segmented walls, and other hardscape elements**.
- **Class 5 Driver’s Licence** with a clean abstract (ability to drive trucks and trailers is a plus).
