- Comfortable preparing change orders and upselling additional work scopes
**Responsibilities**
- Manage commercial landscape construction projects from start to finish across the Lower Mainland
- Supervise day-to-day site operations, coordinating crew tasks and safety protocols
- Maintain all job documentation, including timesheets, toolbox talks, FLHAs, and vehicle inspections
- Prepare and attend weekly operations meetings with manpower and equipment forecasts
- Read and understand all site drawings and specifications applicable to the project
- Track completed quantities and site activities for accurate billing and project reporting
- Communicate clearly with developers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and uphold company safety practices in compliance with OH&S guidelines
- Control project costs through efficient planning, equipment use, and material management
- Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and respect for the team
- Ensure all rentals are properly documented, fueled, and returned on time
- Collect and submit all site paperwork, such as truck tickets and delivery slips
- Plan work activities in advance and ensure tools, equipment, and personnel are prepared
