**About Us**:
Landesign Landscape Construction is a trusted leader in commercial landscape construction projects across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality civic spaces, parks, and environmental landscapes. We are looking for a detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to support our growing project management team.

**About the Role**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the **pre-construction** phase by assisting in the preparation of material submittal packages, organizing approvals, and coordinating shipments. During construction, you will provide **on-site support**, helping with material ordering, scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between the field teams and project managers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit material packages for client approvals.
- Organize procurement logistics and coordinate material shipping and delivery.
- Work closely with Project Managers to support pre-construction planning and document management.
- Support construction teams with site scheduling, tracking, and daily updates.
- Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery to job sites.
- Maintain and update project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and schedules.
- Assist with change orders, site instructions, and project closeout documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate project needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay detail-focused under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction processes and documentation (experience with LEED materials is a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (experience with SiteMax is an asset).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

Pay: $28.00-$37.50 per hour
