We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time **Office Administrator and Operations Coordinator **who will utilize their exceptional organizational and communication skills to foster an unparalleled team environment to further drive our future team growth and client success experience.

The duties and responsibilities of the Office Administrator and Operations Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Coordinating and organizing team-building activities, workshops, and social events.
- Providing support to the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a successful integration of new team members.
- Acting as a receptionist to greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Providing assistance to senior executives, including travel booking, and some strategical client and partner engagements on behalf of senior executives when necessary.
- Providing support to the client success team in processing and responding to client inquiries or requests, including quotes, invoices, software licensing support, etc.
- Providing support to pre-sales client engagements, including responding to RFPs, technical questionnaires, etc.
- Assisting in creating and developing demonstration and training videos as necessary.
- Working with marketing team by providing support to our marketing activities including follow-up and reporting activities
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of team success tools to foster our future business growth.
- Coordinating and facilitating internal and external trainings as required.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of previous team coordination, organizational development, account management, customer success or relevant experience in the technology industry
- Experience in using a software program to manage client engagements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members at all levels.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience in conflict resolution, training, and performance management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A self-motivated personality with a positive attitude
- Creative, and friendly personality
- Knowledge of software licensing is an asset
