We are a small business that provides year-round accounting services to other small businesses. We tackle their day-to-day needs and big picture strategy. We’re a small tight-knit team that prides itself on getting to know our clients so we can better understand how to help them.
- About the Role_
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate administrative activities for the Firm, including general office management, human resources, sales, marketing and information technology (IT);
- Manage our Karbon firm management platform, including the client onboarding process, creating work items, adjusting existing work items, and updating templates;
- Review, recommend and implement new and revised administrative procedures.
- What You Bring to the Team_
- You have knowledge of administrative procedures, practices and processes in the areas of human resources, records management and correspondence tracking.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills to respond to inquiries, prepare correspondence and reports. You can provide exceptional service to a variety of clients and liaise with staff and clients to coordinate activities.
- You have excellent organizational and planning skills to coordinate and prioritize work. You can ensure that a range of administrative procedures and practices are followed, and deadlines are met.
- You can manage and prioritize work to ensure deadlines are met and identify administrative issues, determine options and make recommendations to resolve problems.
- You demonstrate strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software and can learn new systems.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
