We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator at our Oakville location.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Receiving guests, Board Members, employees
- Coordinate on-site meetings or events including catering for employees and/or other attendees
- Liaison with the landlord for all local matters
- Oversight of general maintenance, organization, tidiness, decoration or remodeling of the site, coordination with contractors
- Point of contact for employees based in the Oakville site
- Create and distribute building wide communications and documentation
- Procurement of supplies for the office
- Coordination of couriers and mail services
- Assist with office space allocation and workstation preparations
- Serve as Safety Ambassador for Oakville site, including new hire orientation

**Skills Required**:

- Experienced in MS Office
- Able to work with limited supervision and to take discretionary action as required
- Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor while working with both internal staff and external parties
- Proactive - anticipates and initiates action to meet needs
- Adaptable - able to work with diverse personalities and styles.
- Professional manner, tact, diplomacy and discretion in dealing with individuals
- Handling sensitive information with discretion.
