The duties include, but are not limited to:

- Answering and directing phone calls
- Booking and scheduling service appointments
- Selling monthly membership contracts
- Data entry and maintenance of databases
- Preparation and processing of documents.
- Providing administrative support to other staff when necessary
- Other duties assigned by management as needed

Qualifications:

- IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to build trust, defuse conflict and hold others accountable.
- Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
- Must be able to work with technicians to ensure correct completion of job. Must have very pleasant telephone demeanor.
- Fluency in English is required (clear telephone voice)
- High School Diploma
- Proven track record in customer service
- HVAC experience is an asset, but not necessary.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
