Benjamin Towing has been one of the most reliable local facilities in Tri-City for more than 17 years.We are seeking a reliable Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team. This role involves coordinating towing services and ensuring efficient operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch tow truck operators to service calls promptly and effectively.
- Manage incoming service requests and provide timely responses to customers.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to schedules and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, services, and driver activities.
- Customer Service answering.
- Utilize dispatch software to optimize routes and increase efficiency.
- Release the car which are impounded.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in dispatching, preferably in a towing or roadside assistance setting.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with GPS and dispatching software and Tow book.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
- Able to solve problems in a timely manner and independently in accordance with Company policies/procedures.
- Clean Criminal Record

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
