CSR - Print Production Assistant

We are looking for a full-time position - Print Production Assistant to handle correspondence with clients, proofing, print production and estimates to join our established offset, web, digital print and mail organization.

Our CSR's are a key component in driving sales volume, plant productivity, and customer satisfaction. Experience is key, this is a very demanding position and requires attention to detail, working directly with clients as well working within a team environment and interface with other departments.Please submit cover letter, resume, salary requirements and references.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 2 years on the job work experience for a print / direct mail company
- Possess solid knowledge of the print industry's production machinery and vendor capabilities
- Skills in Excel Word, Internet, and print production systems
- Attention to detail, administrative proficiency and excellent customer service skills
- Solid mathematical skills
- Knowledge of Canada Post software and regulations would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
