**Your challenge will be to**:

- Post vendor invoices and enter them into the system. Investigate discrepancies when necessary;
- Record credit card transactions and ensure complete documentation;
- Validate and record expense accounts;
- Analyze the age of accounts payable and make the necessary reconciliations;
- Prepare the necessary documentation to execute the payment cycle;
- Perform credit card reconciliations;
- Assists with accounts receivable activities as required;
- Perform any other reconciliations or ad hoc analyses at the request of the supervisor;
- Participate in various special projects when required;

**What you bring to the team**:

- Have a DEC in accounting, finance, management, administration or any other relevant field;
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written;
- Strong sense of organization with a sense of priorities, autonomy and analytical mind;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel intermediate minimum);
- Rigor, attention to detail, focused on results and deadlines;
- Professionalism with a strong sense of work ethic;
- Demonstrated experience with a large accounting system (asset).
