Our Montreal location in Quebec, Canada is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Technician, Accounts Payable. This job is temporary, full-time.

We're looking for talented and enthusiastic people to join our professional accounts payable team.

You must bring a progressive and innovative attitude and be ready for challenges.

**Your challenges**:
You will perform daily input of invoice data into computer systems. Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Process invoices quickly and accurately in the various computer systems (SAP, S2K, GP, Dynamic, Empac);
- Analyze and resolve problematic invoices promptly;
- Communicate constantly with the various sites or suppliers to ensure invoices are processed properly;
- Perform filing and tracking;
- Take part in the month-end process;
- Work in close cooperation with internal and external customers to obtain operational support.

**Your team**:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable, you will be part of a dynamic group recognized for its true team spirit.

**Your profile**:

- Completed College Diploma, Bachelor of Business Administration (accounting major), an asset;
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar position.

**Your skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both official languages;
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel;
- Making customers and their needs a primary focus of your actions;
- Solid planning and organizing skills;
- Ability to work as a team member, communicate with all levels of the organization and adapt quickly to change.
