Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Restaurant Chef. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the food and beverage industry. As a Restaurant Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional food service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Executive Chef to execute Sawmill Taphouse brand and standards
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Manage and train staff members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth

**Requirements**:

- Team Leader, Sous Chef or Head Chef experience
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
