**Restaurant Overview**: Little Jumbo emphasizes on the fine craft of preparing fresh local ingredients with a focus on continental and contemporary cuisine, fine wines, and the best of classic modern mixology. A particular emphasis at Little Jumbo is on creating an exceptional customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1+ years in a similar role or line cooking experience
- Clean, punctual and organized
- Exceptional knife skills
- Complete understanding of Mise En Place
- Communication & people skills
- Ability to maintain a space alone and as part of a team

We are looking to expand our kitchen team by adding another Chef de Partie to our crew. We are looking for someone who has extreme attention to detail, exceptional leadership skills and is looking to be a part of a great team. We are a small kitchen with a great team looking to welcome someone new and eager to be a part of a busy kitchen with like-minded, detail-oriented coworkers. The wage for this position is negotiable. All overtime is paid as well as a nightly staff meal.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
