One Academy Front Desk Member Experience Associate**:
- Morning, Evening and Weekend Shifts Available**
**What is a Member Experience Associate?**
This position will give you the opportunity to be part of a community that is bigger than fitness - as you introduce new members to Toronto’s most effective group training facility.
As a Member Experience Associate, you will be responsible for showcasing our brand new facility, familiarizing new members with our training programs, and providing next level customer service to all guests.
**What can you expect in this role?**
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on. We can’t wait to hear what else you want to contribute to the role
- **Greet and Welcome Members**:Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all members and guests as they enter the gym.
- **Membership Services**: Assist with new member sign-ups, membership inquiries, and account management.
- **Check-In**:Ensure all members and guests check in and out of the gym, verifying memberships and addressing any outstanding balances.
- **Cash Handling**: Process transactions accurately, including membership dues, retail sales, and any other fees.
- **General Administrative Duties**: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- **Member Assistance**: Provide information on gym facilities, classes, and promotions, and assist members with their needs.
- **Safety and Security**:Monitor access to the facility, ensuring the safety and security of all members and guests.
- **Customer Service**: Resolve member concerns and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Maintain Facility**: Organize and maintain overall facility cleanliness, ensuring the gym is always member ready.
- **Cafe Operations**:Operate our coffee and smoothie bar - make smoothies, brew coffee and process transactions.

**Qualifications**:
- Flexible schedule, including morning, evening and weekend shifts preferred
- 1+ years in a customer service role
- Friendly, approachable, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who takes initiative
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Interest in Health & Fitness industry
- MindBody experience is a bonus
**Benefits & Details**:
- Reports to the Front Desk & Operations Manager
- Part Time Hours (15 - 25 hours per week)
- Expected Start Date: ASAP
